The hotel was clean and the staff and food were very good. The restaurant was pleasant with nice view of the harbour, I tried amazing dishes. I had nice bedroom, really great experience, fast check-out.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Loved my very nice stay of our visit. The location was handy, at a moderate distance from Royal bc Museum. Pretty good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything was perfect, fab location close to everything in the harbour, the staff were attentive. The rooms were compact and non-smoking with comfy beds, good prices. The pool was lovely and I had hot drinks in the English bar. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent.

Even though the breakfast itself was savoury, it should be included in the price.

Our room was warm with exceptionally comfortable bed, plus the location was unbeatable. There were a market and shops around the hotel. Easy access to Victoria Inner Harbour airport, which was about 5 minutes' drive away. Easy check-in was a bonus. Reception was friendly.

Reasonably priced, simple location, very flexible staff. Truly enjoyed the queen room, felt like we were home. The English breakfast was plentiful and had cheese, cereals, eggs, bread and fresh fruit. With very quick check-in and efficient check-out, this hotel was functional.

Exceptionally clean, the stuff were smart, savoury food. We greatly enjoyed the king room which was brilliant. Stunning sand beach was near the hotel😀
